Services and proposals
All projects are delivered according to a written proposal or agreement that defines scope, deliverables, timelines and fees. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
Payments
- Project fees are typically billed in milestones; monthly services are billed in advance.
- Prices exclude GST and third-party costs (ad spend, domains, hosting, paid plugins/licences) unless stated.
- Late payments may pause ongoing work.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback and necessary access. Delays in content or approvals may extend timelines.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for the client transfers to the client. Third-party software, themes, plugins and stock assets remain subject to their own licences.
Results disclaimer
Search engine rankings, AI-assistant citations and advertising performance depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms and competition. We do not guarantee specific rankings or results; we commit to professional, best-practice work and transparent reporting.
Cancellations and refunds
Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Fees for work already completed are non-refundable.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
